This picture was taken during our trip to Boston back in 2003 so he's way grown by now. The awesome trip was with my buddies in KC; Tze, YS, Elaine and met up with YB from Houston. Look at that grin on god papa's face, I'm telling you it's meant to be ;)

At some diner in St Louis at Pride parade with Matt and Don who were having breakfast plus it was a cool break from the hot hot sun. If you can see all commotion in the background outside the window is where the parade was taking place.

What a crazy weekend it has been. I have now been out of town just about every weekend in June. Weekend of 6/11-partied in St Louis, 6/18-Wedding in Fayetteville, 6/17-Pride weekend and finally 7/2-4th July weekend in KC. I rode in to St Louis on Sat with Dave and started hitting the clubs as we got in with Matt and Don who arrived on Fri night. We went to JJs, Complex and later the very sleazy Faces. We skipped Freddy's because of some drama with Matt's buddies. Later that night we all crashed in the crackhouse Royal Orleans Motel in Collinsville, IL just before sunrise (it was a literal truckstop and I swear we must've seen half a dozen prostitutes there). I'm seriously getting too old for these "all nighter" clubbing sessions. Anyway the next day we went downtown and attended the Pride parade which was a blast, there were so many people there it was crazy, it was a little too hot but tolerable. I will post pictures of the weekends when I have the pictures uploaded from my digi cam to my computer.
My first house. This will be the first piece of real estate I've bought in my life. Nothing grand but marks a very significant step in my life. This month (6/15/05) is the one year anniversary of the purchase and I'm sitting here thinking 1 down 29 more years to go :) Can't help but to think that I've signed my life away to the devil known as Chase Manhatten mortgage!

It has been a while since I last posted anything. This past weekend June 18 I drove down to Fayetteville, AR for my friend Christina's wedding. It was a small catholic wedding and dinner was at a French restaurant which was very yummy. Got to see a lot of old friends Fibi, Soumaya, Tayo, Merrisa, Sarthak to name a few.

I can't believe how much NWA has grown, seems like that place is different every time I go there. Did some networking with people at the wedding, hoping I can get myself a different position and get out of this dreadful job of mine. The drive back was a long long 5 hours, doesn't matter what people say but the trip back from a vacation is always the worst.

Watch out people of NY, there's a flasher prowling the streets of Astoria. Signs to look for: Mysterious dark sunglasses, fur coat from H&M, stylish asian with beautifully highlighted hair and a very contagious laugh. I better stop here or else Linli's gonna kill me!
My trip to NYC in Xmas of 04 was a blast. ESPECIALLY love this pic of Lin ;) Met up with KK and we all stayed with Lin. Totally awesome except for that killer cold I caught from KK.
Fred and me at one of Joe's infamous costume parties (4/23/05). Went with Dave which he later tried on a wig belonging to our Drag Queen friend Dustin. That picture of Dave still cracks me up till this day. I might just post it one of these days!

So today is the official day Iguana's Blog is created. I've posted some old pictures.
I think it will be a great way to document my current life. It'll also take my mind off my sucky ass job! But that'll be another post on another day.
